AI BUILD BOOT CAMP
BUILD YOUR HVAC/AEC CONTENT ENGINE
Two virtual sessions.
12 seats.
90 minutes.
July 16 and June 17 at 11:30 AM CT.
What does your content calendar look like when one spec sheet becomes five assets in 22 minutes?
In 2 live sessions, I will teach you to build the HVAC/AEC Content Engine: a Claude workflow trained on your spec sheets, your brand voice, and the language your buyers and distributors actually use. You leave with a working tool that turns one product document into five ready-to-use assets.

Two sessions. 12 seats. 90 minutes each.
Build yours. $497.
You have a spec sheet, a deadline, and four approvals to get. The workflow that runs everything in 22 minutes does not exist yet. That is what we build.
You have been told to figure out AI on top of everything else. No one gave you a spec-sheet-to-asset workflow. No one built you a prompt sequence that actually understands distributor approval chains and commercial product language.
So you tried generic AI tools. They gave you generic output. Nothing you could hand to a regional manager or put in front of a dealer without rewriting it from scratch.
The problem is not the AI. The problem is that nobody built the right workflow for your industry.
That is exactly what this boot camp builds. In two sessions, you leave with the workflow. Not a tutorial. Not a prompt list. A working system, built by you, in your Claude account, running on your actual product documents.
SESSION 1 · JULY 16 AT 11:30 AM CT
YOU LEAVE WITH PART 1 OF THE CONTENT ENGINE RUNNING
Session 1 is the build. You arrive with one spec sheet or product document. In 90 minutes, you go from a blank Claude project to a live workflow that has ingested your brand voice and produced your first asset.
The false attribution reframe comes first: the problem is not your time, and it is not your skill. Nobody built the right workflow for your industry. We fix that today.
Every step is demonstrated before you do it. There is no coding. If you can copy and paste, you can build this.

SESSION 2 · JULY 17 AT 11:30 AM CT
YOU LEAVE WITH THE FULL CONTENT ENGINE AND ALL FIVE ASSETS
Session 2 completes the build. You bring the spec sheet you started with in Session 1. We run Prompts 4 through 6 together, produce all five assets, and you leave with a complete workflow you own permanently.
At the end of Session 2, I will show you the nine other workflows built inside the BUILD AI Institute cohort. The Content Engine is Week 2. The cohort enrollment offer opens in this session.
We refine based on what actually happened with your document. You leave knowing exactly how to run this workflow again, faster, on your own.

I spent years watching HVAC and AEC marketers get handed advice that was built for someone else. This is the tool I built for you.
I have spent years watching commercial HVAC and AEC marketers get handed AI advice that was
There was always a gap. The advice was technically right and practically useless. Nobody was building for spec sheets, distributor relationships, dealer approval chains, or the reality of marketing a commercial product that requires four sign-offs before anything goes out the door.
So I built it. And then I tested it with HVAC and AEC marketers until it worked in the actual conditions of their actual jobs.
The first time a participant ran the Content Engine on their own spec sheet and produced five assets in 22 minutes, they said they could have used this every week for the last five years.
That is what you are here to build.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This boot camp is built for HVAC and AEC marketers who are responsible for product content, spec sheets, distributor communications, or sales enablement materials.
If you have used AI before and gotten output that did not fit your industry, this is the fix. If you have never used AI at all, this starts at the beginning. If you can copy and paste, you can build this.
It does not matter how much or how little experience you have with AI tools. These two sessions are made for you.
AI is not the reason this workflow works. Your industry knowledge is.
This is what most people get wrong about AI for commercial marketing.
They think the breakthrough is in the technology. The right prompt. The best model. So they spend an hour watching tutorials, and they come out the other end with a more sophisticated chat window that still does not know what an IAQ specification means or how to write for a dealer network.
What makes this workflow different is what you put into it before you ever run a spec sheet through it. Your brand voice. Your audience. The language your dealers and distributors actually use. The output format your regional managers will actually read. Once the workflow knows those things, it stops being AI and starts being a content system built specifically for how your industry operates.
You are not outsourcing your content to a machine. You are building a system that amplifies what you already know about your market, your products, and your buyers.
That is what you are here to build.
FAQs
IS THIS FOR ME IF I HAVE NEVER USED CLAUDE OR CHATGPT?
Yes. Session 1 starts from a blank Claude project. You do not need any prior experience with AI tools. You need a spec sheet, a product document, or any piece of content you regularly produce for your role. We build everything together in real time, step by step. If you can copy and paste, you can do this.
WHAT EXACTLY DO I LEAVE WITH?
A complete Content Engine workflow built in your own Claude account, trained on your brand voice and your product language. Six prompts that turn one spec sheet into: a LinkedIn post, a distributor or dealer partner email, a sales enablement one-pager, a buyer FAQ, and a social media caption set. You run it again on any future spec sheet in under 22 minutes. You own it permanently.
WHAT DOES "BUILT LIVE" MEAN?
It means you build the workflow during the session, not before it and not after it. Ashlei demonstrates each step on screen, then you do it in your own account in real time. You leave with something you built, not something you watched someone else build. Every step is shown before you do it. There is no coding involved at any point.
DO I NEED TO ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS?
Yes. Session 1 and Session 2 are sequential. Session 1 builds the first half of the workflow. Session 2 completes it. If you attend only Session 1, you leave with an incomplete build. Both sessions are required to leave with the full Content Engine. If something comes up and you cannot attend Session 2, reach out before the session and we will make it right.
